Sterling silver cellular leaf earrings.
These sterling silver leaf earrings measure approximately 1.5″ long, from top to bottom. They have a cellular pattern imprinted on them, reminiscent of looking closely at a leaf as the light catches each individual vein and cell. This has been enhanced with a light application of patina to highlight the fine details. They have been given a brushed finish and then lightly polished for a subtle gleam. They have a wonderfully tactile feel, and hang delicately from sterling silver ear wires.
Elegant yet organic. Wear every day as a reminder to look deeper, to look beyond the surface and search out what is not easily seen, for there is always more to be discovered.
Part of my “Organics & Textures” collection, inspired by the natural world and the shapes and textures we see around us every day. Tree bark under the hand, sandstone underfoot, patterns on a leaf catching the eye. These pieces represent an emotional connectedness to the natural world. We evolved in nature, it is in our DNA. As busy lives force us to spend less time in it, it is important to carry a reminder of what majesty is out there waiting for us.

I work in sterling silver, ancient bronze, copper and brass, with natural semi-precious gemstones. I make pieces which are perfect for layering together, mixing and matching, so you can grow your collection and choose your pieces according to your mood, or the inspiration you want to gain that day.
Each piece is unique. Whilst I may create similar pieces, as every piece is made individually by hand, no two will ever be the same. I am registered with Edinburgh Assay Office for precious metal work.
