Let it Flow Bracelet
LET THE WATERS RUN, LET THE RIVER FLOW AS IT MAY
Sterling silver bar and charm bracelet, designed to bring peace and calm to the wearer.
The main focal section of the bracelet has been hand-stamped with the words “LET THE RIVER FLOW’, before being curved and forged for an organic feel. Oxidised and brushed to highlight all the wording, it was then polished for just the right amount of shine. Two charms dangle, one from each side. One is stamped with the reminder to ‘LET GO’, the other has the Sanskrit symbol for ‘BREATHE’. My signature hammered hallmarked charm hangs from the end of the chain. All loops are soldered for strength and durability.
This solid sterling silver bracelet has a wonderfully tactile feel, and is fully adjustable to 8.25” long. Simply fasten the catch at the point that suits your wrist. It looks beautiful alone or layered with other pieces.
The inspiration for this design comes from the proverb:
Don’t worry. Let the waters run. Let the river flow as it may, because what’s meant for you will always be yours.
A calming, peaceful, wearable reminder to let go and accept the ebb and flow of life. Breathe in a little peace and try to trust in the journey.
As each piece is made individually by hand, there may be very slight differences in forging, which will make yours, in some small way, entirely unique to you.
Part of my “Organics & Textures” collection, inspired by the natural world and the shapes and textures we see around us every day. Tree bark under the hand, sandstone underfoot, patterns on a leaf catching the eye. These pieces represent an emotional connectedness to the natural world. We evolved in nature, it is in our DNA. As busy lives force us to spend less time in it, it is important to carry a reminder of what majesty is out there waiting for us.
Designed and lovingly created in my studio in Moray, Scotland.
I work in sterling silver, ancient bronze, copper and brass, with natural semi-precious gemstones. I make pieces which are perfect for layering together, mixing and matching, so you can grow your collection and choose your pieces according to your mood, or the inspiration you want to gain that day.
Each piece is unique. Whilst I may create similar pieces, as every piece is made individually by hand, no two will ever be the same. I am registered with Edinburgh Assay Office for precious metal work.
