Shield Pendant
“I AM YOUR SHIELD IN THE DARKNESS, HERALDING THE LIGHT “
Sterling silver and 18ct gold shield necklace.
This necklace is a special edition of my shield pendant. Created from sterling silver, it was shaped and textured to resemble an ancient warrior shield, before 18ct gold was melted and flowed onto the surface. The silver was then darkly oxidised to make the gold shine brighter.
The pendant measures approximately 1.25″ long, and hangs from an oxidised sterling silver chain, in your chosen length.
A subtle but strong piece, symbolising protection and security, perfect to wear every day as your own personal shield from life’s adversities. A visual reminder that the light IS always there, seeping in, illuminating the dark and lighting the way.

Each piece of jewellery in this collection is one-of-a-kind, created by hand from sterling silver and 18ct gold. The darkly oxidised silver represents life’s struggles, but the golden light is always there, seeping in, around the edges, through the cracks, bringing hope and illuminating the way. There is always a glimmer of light, if we seek it out, if we let it in.
Tactile pieces to hold onto for comfort and positivity; a visual reminder that the light IS always there if we seek it, if we allow ourselves to see it.
